Welcome to the virtual festival! Below is a randomly ordered grid of online stores from zinesters and creators of small art. Submitted by the members of the Zine Crisis discord in the #virtual-festival channel. Browse through to find your next favorite indie treasure!

Warning: Many of these stores sell transgressive and mature content, so check warnings on store pages if you are sensitive to such materials. We try to add [18+ thumbnails] if their site has adult-only thumbnails, but we may miss some and a lack of the [18+ thumbnails] label it doesn’t indicate a store with non-adults-only art

Finished putting out the rest of my press’ spring lineup: **in the graine: migraine, ableism, care**, by reed floarea, offers a disability-justice-oriented approach to migraine that weaves together both the practical and the political. The zine is about mitigating both mitigating symptoms, and re-orientating your relationship to life, work, and self-worth. print (large-print on grey paper for reduced contrast): https://sheerspite.ca/product/in-the-graine-migraine-ableism-care-by-reed-floarea-print/ digital (several different colour combinations selected for migraine-friendliness): https://sheerspite.ca/product/in-the-graine-migraine-ableism-care-by-reed-floarea-digital/ **Nine Zines on Grief,** by Imogen Reid, is a collection of nine beautiful, deeply felt mini-zines on grief. The zines explore her history with loss, from losing her mother as a teenager to losing friends to overdose and suicide as an adult. They both tell and show how grief feels from the inside: vivid, harsh, and consuming. Combining writing with illustration and collage, these zines evoke the work of artists like David Wojnarowicz who mobilize grief as a political tool, while never losing sight of how it feels on a deeply personal level. print (bundle of 9 riso-printed mini-zines): https://sheerspite.ca/product/nine-zines-on-grief-imogen-reid-riso-printed-zine-pack/ digital (versions set up for print and for reading on screen): https://sheerspite.ca/product/nine-zines-on-grief-imogen-reid-digital/

On Monday, May 5, I will be conducting a drawing. I will send one random subscriber to my email newsletter a set of both my books, MEETING COMICS, and CLOCKING IN AND SELLING OUT, which collect the first twelve issues of Meeting Comics. Here’s the signup link: https://buttondown.com/wanderlane/ If the winner of the drawing is in the US, I’ll do a drawing in a copy of a print copy of each book and will cover the shipping. If the winner is outside the US, I’ll send them digital copies of the books unless they want to pay for the shipping on print books!
